I didn’t start in design. I found my way here by asking too many questions and refusing to settle for “that’s just how it is.” I believe good design is less about decoration and more about intention.
I listen closely, observe quietly, and often laugh while solving problems (it helps).
Right now, I’m diving deeper into design thinking at École Intuit Lab, while continuing to explore how empathy, clarity, and a little mischief can lead to better experiences.
